It can take up to 10 working days to make and ship your order depending on the amount of orders in the queue. We do endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible. At Christmas it can take a slightly longer to make and ship your items due to an influx of orders at that time.
Custom made orders take time to make, dry and ship to you
If you would like your order by a certain date please send us a message stating your order number and the date you need it by so we can aim to get it to you by then.
We use NZ Post courier which usually takes 1-2 business days. However, sometimes if the order is sent on Friday it will arrive on Monday or Tuesday. Also, please expect delays in an event of a natural disaster eg. flooding
Please note Rural delivery can take longer so please allow extra time to receive your order
